By using ZappFit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Purpose
ZappFit logs meals, estimates nutrients, provides an AI assistant, and can read permitted health data. It is informational, not a medical device or substitute for licensed care.
2. AI Features and Limitations
AI estimates and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them for clinical, medical, or therapeutic decisions.
3. Health Data Integration
With permission, ZappFit reads activity data to enrich your experience. It does not write to your health platform. Access can be revoked in device settings.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. Report unauthorized access to support@zapp.fit.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of submitted content and license ZappFit to process it to provide the service. Anonymized aggregate data may improve the product.
6. AI Memory and Personalization
The assistant may save relevant preferences and context. Request memory deletion at privacy@zapp.fit or delete your account.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not upload illegal or harmful content, disrupt or scrape the service, or misrepresent data. Violations may lead to suspension.
8. Payments
Paid plans are billed as displayed in the app. Fees are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without guarantees about AI estimates or fitness projections.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZappFit is not liable for indirect or consequential harm. Total liability is limited to what you paid in the prior 12 months.
11. Governing Law
Brazilian law governs these terms, with disputes resolved in São Paulo, SP.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
